At present, we are unable to provide orange recycling sacks to local collection points for distribution. Attached is a poster which we encourage you to display at collection points or share amongst your Parish.
Where residents use a bin for their recycling we ask that residents make full use of their bin by squashing items down and making sure items go into the bin loose. Extra recycling will be collected alongside the recycling bin, this should be placed into a cardboard box or clear sack for the crews to collect.
Where resident use only orange sacks for their recycling we ask that they email recycling@bedford.gov.uk so that we can discuss their requirements.
