An Extraordinary Meeting of Turvey Parish Council will be held in the village hall on Tuesday 19th October 2021 at 7.30pm to consider the following item of business

3. To receive a presentation by Graeme Free BSc DLP Planning Limited and a representative from Inspired Villages on the following:
Minor amendments to the phase 2 planning permission. Specifically the reason for the amendments is to introduce level access across all of the assisted living units to make them more accessible for residents. This ensures that all units have either ground floor living accommodation with a bedroom and accessible bathroom, or share a core with a lift that can be used to access the dwellings. The number of units remains the same as previously approved. The idea is to make the units more suitable for the future residents.
