The Democratic and Registration Services at Bedford Borough Council has received requests from 10 electors of the parish to hold an election to fill this latest vacancy. As you are aware, an election was already due to take place to fill the earlier vacancy. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this means the election to fill both vacancies will be held on 6th May 2021. More information will be made available once I receive it from the Borough Council with regards nomination papers etc.
