Agenda for an Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council 20th October 2020

An Extraordinary Meeting of Turvey Parish Council will be held on Zoom on Tuesday 20th October 2020 at 7.30pm to consider the following item of business  

 

Members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting but not take part. Copies of the supporting documentation are contained in two separate posts.

  1. Declarations of interest in item 4 on the agenda

 

  1. To agree the etiquette for the conduct of the meeting:

 

  1. Discussion regarding the conduction of the NDP, particularly in relation to the governing terms of reference: Supporting documentation has been circulated from Cllrs Poll and Jenkins.  Following discussion, the parish councillors are asked to:

 

i)   Have a vote of confidence in the NDPSG process and conduct

ii)  Have a vote of confidence in Cllr Jenkins as Chair of the NDPSG.
